Prices for each test are published on the booking page before you book. Blood tests need no physician order. Drug and alcohol testing is walk-in.

Mobile blood draws are free within 50 miles round trip. Beyond that: 50 to 70 miles $20, 70 to 90 miles $30, 90 to 100 miles $40, 100 to 150 miles $50. Lab tests have a $100 minimum for mobile draws.

Payment: you can pay online by card, at the office by card, or at the office by cash or check. A 3% fee applies to any credit card payment, online or at the office. For example, a $25 test paid by card is $25.75. Cash or check at the office has no fee. Online card payment at checkout charges the listed price, and the office collects the 3% fee at your visit.
