This page explains in plain words what OCCH Services, LLC collects through this website and how we handle it. It is not a legal contract and it does not claim that the website meets any particular law or standard.

What the booking form collects

When you book, we ask for your first and last name, email, phone number and address. For blood tests we also ask for your date of birth, in its own field, so the lab order matches you. You can add a short note. If you book a visit with several tests, the names of the tests you chose are listed in that note.

Booking details are stored in the site's booking system. They can be read by OCCH Services staff with access to it, and by the service providers that run the website and the booking system for us. Booking notification emails can include the details you entered, including the test list and any note.

What the contact form collects

Your name, email, phone number and the message you write. We use them to reply to you.

Test results are confidential

We keep your results confidential. We share them only with you, with the ordering provider or lab where that is part of your service, and where the law allows or requires it. Results are not sent through the booking form and are not shown on public pages.

Employer testing: results for employer-ordered testing are available only to the authorized contacts at that employer. The employer portal asks those contacts to sign in, and each employer can see only its own records.

Cookies and outside services

The site uses the cookies and browser storage that its host needs to work, for example to keep your test list while you browse. We do not run advertising trackers. Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from other hosts, which means those hosts can see your IP address and browser type, as with any website.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it
