NEW

OCCH Services is excited to announce an expansion of our testing capabilities with Precision Analytical and DUTCH Testing. This new partnership allows us to offer patients advanced, at-home hormone assessment options designed to support more personalized and informed care.
DUTCH PLUS:
The DUTCH Plus is a comprehensive dried urine and saliva test designed to capture more complete information about sex and adrenal hormone production and metabolism. With simple at-home sample collection taken throughout the day, providers can evaluate the diurnal pattern of free cortisol and cortisone, as well as the overall distribution of cortisol metabolites.
The DUTCH Plus also includes organic acid testing, which may offer additional insight into nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut dysbiosis, melatonin levels, and markers associated with neuroinflammation.

For all patients experiencing:
– Fatigue, especially on waking
– Insomnia
– Chronic fatigue
– Depression or anxiety, especially on waking
– High-stress lifestyle
– Loss of resiliency
For female patients experiencing:
– Fatigue or low energy
– PMS
– Vaginal dryness
– Brain fog
– Low libido
– Weight gain
– Fertility concerns
– Hot flashes or night sweats

For male patients experiencing:
– Erectile dysfunction or low libido
– Decreased muscle mass
– Abdominal weight gain
– Fatigue or low energy
– Brain fog

DUTCH Complete:
The DUTCH Complete is our flagship test: a comprehensive dried urine (at-home) panel designed to evaluate sex and adrenal hormone production and metabolism.
For female patients experiencing:
– Fatigue or low energy
– PMS
– Vaginal dryness
– Brain fog
– Low libido
– Weight gain
– Fertility concerns
– Hot flashes or night sweats

For male patients experiencing:
– Erectile dysfunction or low libido
– Decreased muscle mass
– Abdominal weight gain
– Fatigue or low energy
– Brain fog
The DUTCH Complete measures:
The report includes metabolites of estrogens (9, including E1, E2, E3, 2-OHE1, 4-OHE1, 16-OHE1, 2-MeOE1, 2-OHE2, 4-OHE2), androgens (8, including testosterone, DHT and DHEA-S), progesterone (2), cortisol (3), melatonin (6-OHMS), 8-OHdG, and OATs (9, including Vanilmandelate, Homovanillate, Kynurenate, Methylmalonate, Xanthurenate,
Pyroglutamate, Quinolinate, Indican, and b-Hydroxyisovalerate). This test combines the DUTCH Sex Hormones,
Adrenal, and OATs Panels.

DUTCH Organic Acids Test (OATs)
The DUTCH OATs profile is a specialized panel that combines multiple biomarkers to complement hormone metabolite testing. It includes a series of organic acids and select additional measurements.
Organic acids can rise when the body lacks sufficient nutrient status, making them useful indicators of potential nutrient deficiencies. Other components of the profile may help identify patterns related to oxidative stress, possible melatonin insufficiency, and/or gut dysbiosis. Together, these findings can provide valuable context for understanding a person’s overall “hormone story” and how factors like nutrition and gut health may be influencing hormonal balance.

DUTCH SEX HORMONES
The DUTCH Sex Hormones Panel is an excellent test for HRT monitoring, and it’s also a strong option for establishing baseline measurements. Its unique approach allows for more accurate tracking of vaginal hormones and oral progesterone.
This panel measures:
-
Urinary Progesterone (2 biomarkers)
-
Androgens (8 biomarkers)
-
Estrogen metabolites (9 biomarkers)

DUTCH ADRENAL
The DUTCH Adrenal Panel evaluates free cortisol patterns, using a urine approach that parallels saliva testing, and adds metabolite measurements for a more complete picture of total cortisol production.
This panel measures:
-
Urinary Cortisol (4 biomarkers)
-
Cortisone (4 biomarkers)
-
Cortisol metabolites (3 biomarkers)
-
Creatinine (4 biomarkers)
-
DHEA-S

DUTCH CYCLE MAPPING COMPLETE
DUTCH Cycle Mapping provides valuable insight into ovarian reserve, follicle development, ovulation, and luteal phase sufficiency. In many cases, this information is sufficient to guide treatment.
When a DUTCH Complete is added, it creates a more complete picture of the patient’s hormone health by evaluating estrogen metabolism, methylation activity, androgens (such as testosterone and DHEA), androgen metabolites, adrenal cortisol and cortisol metabolites, organic acids, and additional markers—at the same time.
For interpretation, the luteal phase urine samples from the Cycle Mapping that show the highest beta-pregnanediol levels are used to report estrogen and progesterone metabolism on the accompanying DUTCH Complete.
For female patients experiencing:
– Irregular cycles
– Luteal phase defect
– Ablations
– PMS
– Mid-cycle spotting
– Migraines
– Vaginal dryness
– Brain fog
– Low libido
– Weight gain
– Fertility concerns
– Partial hysterectomy
– Trying to conceive (TTC)
– Mood swings that follow a cycle
– Month-long hormonal symptoms
– Mirena IUD (no menstrual bleeding due to IUD but still have hormonal symptoms)
– Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
– Fatigue or low energy
– Hot flashes or night sweats
DUTCH Cycle Mapping + Complete measures:
Nine (9) targeted urinary estrogen and progesterone measurements taken throughout the cycle to characterize the follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases. Urinary Progesterone (2), Androgen (8), and Estrogen Metabolites (9); Cortisol (4), Cortisone (4),and Cortisol Metabolites (3); Creatinine (4), DHEA-S, OATs (9), Melatonin (6-OHMS), and 8-OHdG.

DUTCH CYCLE MAPPING
DUTCH Cycle Mapping is a specialized test designed to evaluate estradiol, estrone, and alpha- and beta-pregnanediol (urinary progesterone markers) throughout an entire menstrual cycle.
It collects nine representative urine data points across the follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases. The exact sample dates are determined based on factors such as the patient’s current cycle length, the estimated start date of the next menstrual cycle, provider preferences documented on the requisition form, and other relevant variables.
Please Note: Patients using cycle-suppressive therapies (such as Lupron or oral contraceptives) should be advised against DUTCH Cycle Mapping. These medications decrease the body’s natural cyclical hormone production, which is what this test is designed to assess.
