Service Description

DUTCH Cycle Mapping is a specialized test designed to evaluate estradiol, estrone, and alpha- and beta-pregnanediol (urinary progesterone markers) throughout an entire menstrual cycle. It collects nine representative urine data points across the follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases. The exact sample dates are determined based on factors such as the patient’s current cycle length, the estimated start date of the next menstrual cycle, provider preferences documented on the requisition form, and other relevant variables. Please Note: Patients using cycle-suppressive therapies (such as Lupron or oral contraceptives) should be advised against DUTCH Cycle Mapping. These medications decrease the body’s natural cyclical hormone production, which is what this test is designed to assess.

Please take note of the following changes: Booking Policy: To secure your appointment, bookings must be made in advance through my online platform or by contacting my office. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability. All Drug and Alcohol Testing are Walk-in only. For Blood Testing: shortly after you make an appointment and only if you are new to OCCH services you will receive an email coming from my best practice to fill out your consent forms. Please fill them out prior to your appointment. Cancellation Policy: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. These policies are designed to streamline my services and provide the best experience for all my clients.
