Cancellation Policy
New Policy Notice: Booking, Cancellation, and Wait-list Policies Update
I am excited to introduce my updated policies for booking, and cancellation of my connected services. Please take note of the following changes:
Booking Policy: To secure your appointment, bookings must be made in advance through my online platform or by contacting my office. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability. All Drug and Alcohol Testing are Walk-in only.
Cancellation Policy: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
