Includes: Everything in the General Wellness Package plus a PSA A PSA blood test measures the level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood to help screen for or monitor prostate health, including potential prostate cancer or benign prostate conditions. Things to do 48 hours before a PSA Test: Refrain from ejaculation because this activity can temporarily elevate PSA levels. Skip Strenuous Exercise: Avoid rigorous physical activity, such as biking or heavy lifting, for at least 48 hours before the test, as it can also impact PSA

New Policy Notice: Booking, Cancellation, and Wait-list Policies Update I am excited to introduce my updated policies for booking, and cancellation of my connected services. Please take note of the following changes: Booking Policy: To secure your appointment, bookings must be made in advance through my online platform or by contacting my office. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability. All Drug and Alcohol Testing are Walk-in only. For Blood Testing: shortly after you make an appointment and only if you are new to OCCH services you will receive an email coming from my best practice to fill out your consent forms. Please fill them out prior to your appointment. Cancellation Policy: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. These policies are designed to streamline my services and provide the best experience for all my clients.
